From tight curl to loose curl, I love it either way. These curls are like the energizer bunny - they just keep going and going and going. Blaq honey, I finally see why you love your curls so much! I was looking in the mirror and told myself I could definitely do a curl set at least once a month. Prior, I was thinking every few months. Now that I've fallen in love with these curls, it's time to up the stakes.I'll continue to stretch wearing my curls for another week by doing some flat twists in the front and then capping it off with a curly pineapple in a hairtie. You all know I've been waiting for this moment. I hope you can feel the excitement. I rejoice!

Shanessence - Thanks girlie. These are the curls from my
below Soft Spike set still going on strong. There is no doubt
about it, I definitely prefer Soft Spikes! While it's a 3 hr/overnight
process to achieve the look - the curls will last pretty good for
about 2 weeks. That's worth it to me.
I do have Carusos and did a set only once thus far. I don't
have enough rollers for my whole head so it's about a 2 hr
process for me. I only get a very very loose curl that will last me
that evening only. Not a good return for me. But some swear
by the carusos.
I know for sure Paulette will not endorse carusos either as they
may cause unraveling on soft hair textures and immature locks.

Still Waters - Good question that I forgot to mention. I cover them with a satin bonnet every night. I prefer a bonnet instead of a scarf so they aren't getting too smashed flat. I assume it's probably best to keep them covered with a shower cap while in the shower as well. But uncover while getting dressed
and the curls just fall back into place. No spritzing needed.
** I sure hope we are able to locate extra extra extra large
sleep caps and shower caps!

Linda - well thank you so much. The first time I did my SS set, I did not think they were comfy to sleep in at all. My description was more "tolerable." But for this current set - I pointed all the spikes updward and tied a scarf just around the sides. I found that to be sooooo much better and easier to sleep on.
